I received an email confirmation for my delivery, but later found out it was cancelled due to an administrative issue without any notification. I was unaware of any problems since I hadn’t received confirmation for the last two deliveries, which led to this delivery not arriving at all. The next day, I reached out to the support team (as their app and live chat were unhelpful) and after a 23-minute wait, I learned about the delivery issue, but the representative offered no further details. They did manage to schedule another delivery for two days later, which arrived on time. It's frustrating to be part of services that seem to prioritize their own interests over assisting patients, especially when they act as intermediaries. The quality of service is lacking, and communication is even worse. My experience managing medications would be greatly improved if I could handle it directly without dealing with such disorganized services.
