I forgot to place my order, my because I never know what to pick. I would rather phone in, so I don't get it wrong, something came up at home that distracted me, so I was very glad that the order was put through for me. When I looked at my order date it happened to be on the same day as my appointment at the asthma clinic, so I called to change it and the lady was lovely on the phone, she changed it straight away. The delivery driver was on time, very respectful and let me know to put my injections straight into the fridge. Very happy with the service from start to finish
