Initially I was hopeful due to the 4 star rating. The first problem started with having difficulty getting an appointment with the doctor. Then getting the medication. I called reaptedly about receiving medication with a different answer nearly every time. I emailed reaptedly with little assistance. I started this process on May 14th. As of today May 29th I've had to get 2 refunds since they deducted another payment without authorization. I've now canceled the account.
