Although I was relieved to finish my modules, which I completed on November 25, it's now January 26, and I have emailed multiple contacts requesting my exam code, only to receive evasive responses. My calls go unanswered. This service feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise against using them. They are hindering my progress toward becoming a medical assistant and securing employment. They seem more interested in taking your money and disappearing. No one seems to offer any assistance. I'm seriously contemplating legal action since I haven't received the full product I paid for.
