My daughter and I started out with the free trail, and added an extra pack to give it a fair go.
Daughter is about to sit her exams, suffers with crippling anxiety and struggles to sleep.
I also struggle to sleep and with various health issues, I'm a bit of a one.
I didn't go into the ins and outs of the healthy metal drinks, just asked if she'd fancy trying a tight time drink with me for a week or so.
We're a couple of weeks in now.
Daughter is sleeping much better and feeling more refreshed and perkier in the morning. She really started noticing a difference after week 1. Her anxiety isn't as bad at nighttime or on waking now. I'm sure the routine of having the drink, as well as the better rest is helping.
I now go to sleep much quicker and easier. Still feel groggy in the morning, but with back issues I can't sleep through the night. I must say though, nodding off quicker is a Godsend!

Taste wise, we both love it.
It is fresh, zesty and a smidge tart. The slight raspberry note is lovely. For us, it doesn't have too much of a synthetic sweetener flavour which we have noticed with so many other magnesium drinks.
Takes a while for the powder to disolve, but I now add a touch of warm water to the powder, mix well and top up with ice cold water.
I knock it back, it's lovely.
Daughter likes it with a straw so it's more of a "posh drink"
