Started taking this to help with my sleep during a stressful period. They have definitely helped and are easy to dissolve in water. This has become a part of my evening routine. I would definitely recommend.
I have always suffered insomnia for as long as I can remember,since my 20s. I am now in my early 50s. I have tried most things from the pharmacy counter but they only worked for a couple of weeks before they stopped working. I have been taking Healthy Metal for 3 months and it has completely changed my sleep quality. My sleep is deeper and longer. Even when I do get up at night (this days only once), to use the facilities, I fall straight back to sleep. I can't recommend it enough.
I am sleeping more soundly and the main reason I started taking magnesium was to stop the night cramps in my legs. It has!
I take it nightly mixed with tonic water and like the refreshing taste.
I'm definitely noticing an improvement in my sleep when I take a sachet in the evening. Taste is okay - I mix it with hot water and it does taste a bit like lemsip! I must try with cold water and see if I can convince myself that it's wine.
I knocked off a star for two reasons; 1. I hate being bombarded with upselling "offers" after purchase, and 2. I have just signed on for a 90 day subscription using the 20% off voucher that came with my sample pack. I received the expected 20% discount - £60 instead of £75 - however you are trying to convince me that I'm saving £60. I assume this is vs. buying a 30 day subscription, but I find it disingenuous. ALSO, before I did the sums, I assumed that meant that I would be paying £120 for my next 90 days, which would have me cancelling the subscription as soon as I receive my initial 90....
I love love this product I’ve recommended to friends family &work colleagues. I’d rather have this at night time than have a glass of wine. I had suffered with sleeping now I sleep though all night getting around 7hrs sleep.
Free trial - fantastic.
Super speedy delivery and communication etc - excellent.
Taste - unpleasant.
I've taken Magnesium before with no issues, but had terrible stomach ache and illness all night.
It did help me snooze though, 2 hours after taking it (the added hour may have been to do with the tummy upset!). And slept well in-between being woken by gurgling.
Very aware that not everyone has this reaction but something to be aware of when buying - hope it works for most 🙂
After my 5 nights free trial l couldn’t wait for my 90 nights order to be delivered as I had such good nights sleep since day one…I take it a couple of hours before bed..I’m 65 and waking up with cramping my legs and feet around 3am was part of my sleep routine…but I haven’t had one since. I now sleep soundly and wake up refreshed and ready for the day ahead…l no longer hit the snooze button either.
I completely recommend Healthy Metal as a sleep aid. It’s not too sweet or tart, the makers have got the flavour just right.
My daughter and I started out with the free trail, and added an extra pack to give it a fair go.
Daughter is about to sit her exams, suffers with crippling anxiety and struggles to sleep.
I also struggle to sleep and with various health issues, I'm a bit of a one.
I didn't go into the ins and outs of the healthy metal drinks, just asked if she'd fancy trying a tight time drink with me for a week or so.
We're a couple of weeks in now.
Daughter is sleeping much better and feeling more refreshed and perkier in the morning. She really started noticing a difference after week 1. Her anxiety isn't as bad at nighttime or on waking now. I'm sure the routine of having the drink, as well as the better rest is helping.
I now go to sleep much quicker and easier. Still feel groggy in the morning, but with back issues I can't sleep through the night. I must say though, nodding off quicker is a Godsend!
We have now signed up for a monthly subscription!
Taste wise, we both love it.
It is fresh, zesty and a smidge tart. The slight raspberry note is lovely. For us, it doesn't have too much of a synthetic sweetener flavour which we have noticed with so many other magnesium drinks.
Takes a while for the powder to disolve, but I now add a touch of warm water to the powder, mix well and top up with ice cold water.
I knock it back, it's lovely.
Daughter likes it with a straw so it's more of a "posh drink"
We are now dedicated followers of Healthy Metal!
While the taste isn't exactly my preference, it's not an issue for me; I simply mix it into some squash and drink it down. Healthy Metal has truly transformed my life—I've gone from sleeping 5 to 6 hours to now enjoying 8 to 10 hours of restful sleep. It's remarkable! Plus, the delivery is consistently prompt. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
