Super speedy delivery and communication etc - excellent.
Taste - unpleasant.
I've taken Magnesium before with no issues, but had terrible stomach ache and illness all night.
It did help me snooze though, 2 hours after taking it (the added hour may have been to do with the tummy upset!). And slept well in-between being woken by gurgling.
Very aware that not everyone has this reaction but something to be aware of when buying - hope it works for most 🙂
