I spent over two hours with the support team addressing login issues on both the app and website. I interacted with four different representatives. The second one claimed my zip code was incorrect (despite having called twice before to fix it) and stated he couldn’t find my city, which is the second largest in my state. The third representative promised to transfer me to a specialist. After half an hour with them, I still got nowhere. There’s a clear need for better training of the staff, as they seemed to lack concern for my situation and the value of my time.
