Frustrating Experience with Login Issues

I spent over two hours with the support team regarding login problems on both the app and website. I spoke with four different representatives. The second one informed me that my zip code was incorrect (despite having called twice before to correct it) and claimed he couldn't locate my city, which is the second largest in my state. The third representative said they would transfer me to a specialist. After half an hour with them, I still made no progress. There’s a clear need for better training of the staff, as they seemed indifferent to my situation and the value of my time.

I have likely tried around 50 times to place an order, but the site keeps stating that the price of an item has changed. I ended up canceling the entire order, tried again, and still couldn’t complete it. They present themselves as selling health insurance, but it’s really just a discount plan without actual coverage. They pressure you to confirm personal details (DOB, address, phone, email). They charge your card monthly without proper consent. When you attempt to cancel, they hang up, transfer you endlessly, or leave you on hold—an apparent tactic to make cancellation incredibly difficult.

Service Failures Lead to Personal Consequences

I have used several insurance brand names through them. I filed a complaint recently regarding the service. A supervisor told me I could pay a mobile service with my benefits card. I made a payment, but it was returned due to an incorrect account number. I was informed a ticket needed to be created, and despite reassurances, the payment was refused later on the grounds of no medical necessity for a mobile phone. I disagree, as I rely on telemedicine due to various disabilities. Their failure to follow through means I risk losing my phone line and facing credit repercussions for something beyond my control.

The service paired with the provider is the worst. They switched from one provider to another without notice or options for us. The new provider messed up my initial order, and it’s frustrating that sizes aren’t specified for items like compression socks. I had to purchase multiple types without knowing their sizes. There’s no option to ask questions, and tracking is also unavailable. I received an order notification late, and it arrived earlier than expected, risking theft before I knew it was delivered.

Mixed Feelings About New Experience

I recently switched to a new provider, and there are both positives and negatives. I wish the scanning feature was a standalone app, as it’s frustrating to access while shopping.
