I spent over two hours with the support team regarding login problems on both the app and website. I spoke with four different representatives. The second one informed me that my zip code was incorrect (despite having called twice before to correct it) and claimed he couldn't locate my city, which is the second largest in my state. The third representative said they would transfer me to a specialist. After half an hour with them, I still made no progress. There’s a clear need for better training of the staff, as they seemed indifferent to my situation and the value of my time.
