I went into HHC-Naperville to see what I needed to do about my hearing aids. (Since moving, the Oak Brook office is a bit too far for me.) They were old and not working, but due to complicated reasons, I hadn't kept up with them. Dr. Ning was able to get them working, and an updated appt. was set up. I really just went into the facility to get some information, because I didn't even know they had an office in Naperville, and it had been a good while since my last visit...I am so grateful that Dr. Ning made time for me, without having an appointment, and the office manager couldn't have been more gracious, helpful, and supportive.
