The audiology office is characterized by its professionalism and genuine care. From the moment you enter, you are warmly welcomed by the staff. The audiologist takes the time to come to the waiting area and personally leads you to her office. She ensures you have all the time you need and exceeds expectations in her service. I am extremely thankful to have discovered this practice and wholeheartedly recommend it!
I went into HHC-Naperville to see what I needed to do about my hearing aids. (Since moving, the Oak Brook office is a bit too far for me.) They were old and not working, but due to complicated reasons, I hadn't kept up with them. Dr. Ning was able to get them working, and an updated appt. was set up. I really just went into the facility to get some information, because I didn't even know they had an office in Naperville, and it had been a good while since my last visit...I am so grateful that Dr. Ning made time for me, without having an appointment, and the office manager couldn't have been more gracious, helpful, and supportive. Dr. Mei Gao greets you with a smile. She does all of the testing herself and clearly explains your needs based on the results. She also explains how changes can be made if you need them. She monitors your progress and makes adjustments, if needed. I was recently diagnosed with Ramsey Hunt Syndrome and early treatment is essential to recovering hearing loss and facial paralysis. Beach Audiology saw me the same day, completed several hearing tests, and reviewed the results with me immediately. Dr. Price was friendly, knowledgeable and patient as she explained the process. She then tagged team results with my ENT so that he could confirm the plan of action. I cannot thank them enough for getting me an appointment so quickly!
