Jade, who works for customer service is friendly and informative and takes her time to ensure you understand what you have asked about. Unfortunately someone has missed answering our recent email regarding why PEMF feature is not shutting off at 20 minutes on our second purchase, the chair. We have not heard back and that was several days ago now, maybe more.On another downside our first mat malfunctioned within the first month and stopped heating up on both ends so we sent it back and repurchased a different one. This one was delivered with a faulty controller and we needed a new one shipped which was shipped to us and seems to work alright thus far. (We’ve only tried it once, last night).So overall happy, but not thrilled as there seems to be quite a few little problems with your products, thus far. SincerelyDave and Leslie
