I placed my order on March 9, and it's now May 23 with no delivery. I've sent multiple emails seeking a refund but have received no response. I'm frustrated as I spent £39.46. I'll have to pursue a refund through my bank. Terrible service.
I ordered supplements in March 2025. While I did receive my order, the company continued to charge my credit card $29.99 USD on multiple occasions without authorization. I've reached out for a refund but received no response. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card provider.
I have NOT received my order placed on March 9, 2025. After several follow-ups, I only receive what seems like automated replies. I requested a refund but got no real response. The tracking number indicates the package hasn't been received. Based on my experience, I recommend not ordering here.
Customer service is terrible. They keep apologizing but do nothing to resolve issues. After six weeks of trying to locate my order, they just say they will look into it but never follow through. Order from another seller; they used to be reliable but have become disappointing.
