I bought a mat from Healthyline. It developed an issue with the red lights not working properly. I contacted customer service and they sent me a return label so I could return the mat for a warranty replacement. After I returned the item, they started a replacement order. Excellent customer service and warranty policy.
I orderd one of their $999. mats, it came LATE after I paid for priority shipping and came with black marks all over the cover. I emailed them, they said I could return it for a refund so I did as instructed, have called and emailed them over 6 times over the last 4 weeks and still no response or refund. I would NOT trust this company. I will have to dispute on my CC-what a pain.
HealthLine has excellent customer service and is easy to work with. I purchased a mat a few years ago and contacted their customer service department when an issue developed with my mat. I worked with Mercedes who helped me through the warranty replacement process. Mercedes was great to work with and I was thoroughly impressed with the way HealthyLine stands behind their product.
