The website claimed to be UK-based, but after I placed my order, the item was marked as coming through customs with no clear origin. I've been trying to get my refund since realizing this, and I'm now waiting for a chargeback through my bank. The email responses have been sporadic, only starting once I initiated the bank process, and they are not offering me a full refund.
