This centre in Norwich is at lovely Keswick Hall. I received a warm welcome in reception and quick and painless treatment from Arianne. The audiologist Callum was professional and informative. He listened carefully to my concerns and answered all my queries clearly. He fitted me with some very nice hearing aids which have helped me. Free parking, toilet facilities and offered hot drinks. I would reccomend this centre highly.
