Exceptional Customer Support Experience

I had an excellent experience with the company. I faced an emergency that took me out of town, causing me to miss my delivery. However, when I reached out to the support team, the representative I spoke with was prompt and friendly in their responses. My earplugs are being resent now that I’m back home. It was something they didn’t have to do, but I truly appreciate their effort and the personable approach in each message. I would love to see more of this level of service and less reliance on AI!
