Set to auto-renew at a much higher price without clear communication, hoping you'll forget until they take your money a year later without warning. It's frustrating that they don't send an email! They instruct you to log in to cancel, but upon creating an account, I was told to call a number or use a contact form, and three days later, I've yet to hear back. They deducted £50 from me just before Christmas, money I had saved for my kids' gifts. Very disappointing experience with this organization. I enjoy their magazine, but I won't deal with them again!
