Like most others, I signed up for the free trial, but didn't receive any notifications regarding a £36 payment despite cancelling. They will not refund the money, just criminals.
I was automatically renewed at double the price without clear communication, and it seems they hope you'll forget about it until they take your money a year later. An email notification wouldn't cost them anything! They suggest logging in to cancel, but upon creating an account, I was directed to call a number or use a contact form. Three days later, I've yet to receive a response. They took £50 from me right before Christmas, money I had set aside for my children’s gifts. Disappointing experience with this organization. While I enjoy their magazine, I won't engage with them again!
They intentionally make it hard to perform any reasonable account actions, like canceling subscriptions or closing accounts. Anything significant requires navigating their help page. A frustrating experience, as they seem to be struggling to stay afloat.
This is the worst company I've ever purchased from. I ordered a beauty advent calendar shortly before advent, received an order confirmation, then nothing. After numerous emails and calls, I learned on the 1st that payment had failed internally. I agreed to retry payment the next day and got an email confirming it was on its way. By the 9th, I called customer service again, only to find out payment was never processed, and the item was never shipped. They couldn't even confirm if it was in stock. The email I received was essentially false. This has been the worst experience I've had with any organization. I strongly advise against using this service.

I can't access anything on the site, including my account and orders, and had to reset my password again. I've never been satisfied with this service. They seem to take money without care and don't issue refunds! Look at other reviews—this is a frustrating organization.

This organization seems only interested in collecting subscription fees, with no customer support afterward. They finally responded 17 days after my original contact, but only after I posted this review. I upgraded my rating to 2 stars from 1.

They did eventually refund my money, but they completely disregard my request for no further contact. I want nothing to do with them anymore!
