The subscription itself was fine, but I received no response to my cancellation messages sent through their portal for 14 days. I had to cancel the direct debit myself through my bank. This organization seems only interested in collecting subscription fees, with no customer support afterward. They finally responded 17 days after my original contact, but only after I posted this review. I upgraded my rating to 2 stars from 1.
