I signed up for a magazine package that included multiple perks. After a while, they informed me they ran out of one item and would replace it with more magazines, without giving me a choice. I called to cancel and request a refund, with an agent promising to return my money within 24-48 hours. Five days later, nothing happened! I called again, and another agent made the same promise. They are dishonest and have been overwhelming me with daily emails, despite my attempts to unsubscribe. They did eventually refund my money, but they completely disregard my request for no further contact. I want nothing to do with them anymore!
