Extremely disappointing! I usually check reviews before ordering, but I skipped that this time. It started poorly when they charged more than my order total. To their credit, they fixed it after I reached out. Nearly two months later, there’s still no sign of my items or the refund I’ve requested multiple times. I received a tracking number indicating my parcel is stuck in transit in New York since mid-October. I've asked for a refund again but am not optimistic. It's frustrating because I thought these socks would make great gifts.
