Review Time
Like many others, I placed my order in October and received several emails with tracking information, but the dates were never accurate. Once the items were supposedly in the UK, communication halted. I contacted support and received a quick response stating they would resend my order, but since then, I've had no updates. As of December 22nd, I haven't received any replies to my emails, forcing me to open a case with my payment provider. I'm hopeful for a refund through their guarantee, as I see no chance of getting one from the seller. In the future, I will be more cautious before making purchases from links on social media.
Completely disappointed with the service. After waiting for over a month, my parcel finally arrived. The quality was terrible—cheap socks with a low-quality toy attached. I want nothing to do with this anymore and will be requesting a full refund.
They finally showed up after almost two months. They fit a size 4-5 ladies in the UK. I must say, they resemble the picture quite well. After hearing someone mention that it looked windblown, my expectations were low. They’re decent, though I'm unsure how they’ll hold up after several washes; I suggest keeping them for occasional use. They could be a bit thicker since they’re not suitable for wearing out. Overall, I'm just glad they arrived.

I have the same issues as many others; I wish I had checked the reviews first! I ordered four pairs of socks on October 13 and inquired when nothing arrived by November 18. I was told my order would be resent, but nothing came. I’ve requested a refund daily since November 28, but they keep saying they're following up with the shipping company. Thankfully, I used a payment service and have opened a case for a refund.
