I placed my order on 10 October 2025 and still have not received my items. After weeks of silence, I contacted customer support and was told on 20 November 2025 that a replacement would be sent because there were “no updates” on the original shipment. Since then, nothing—no tracking, no progress, no communication.I have now waited far beyond any reasonable timeframe, and the lack of transparency is incredibly disappointing. A reputable company should be able to provide proper tracking information, timely updates, or issue a refund when they fail to deliver. Instead, I have been left completely in the dark.I strongly caution others to think twice before ordering from this company. My experience has shown poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and no accountability.
