Total lack of customer service, and reporting wrong interest to ATO.I had a joint term deposit with them, and they reported double the interest to the ATO. 100% to my Tax, and 100% to my wife's, instead of 50% to each of us. I now have to prove to the ATO that this is wrong. I have phoned them on 2 occasions, and they said they will send me a statement, 4 weeks in, nothing? I then found a complaints email address, so sent off a complaint asking for help, 2 weeks, Nothing, not even an acknowledgement. Cannot even get a statement off there online banking site. I'm left dealing with the Tax Office, with silence from this mob that created the problem. Stay away, put your money somewhere else. I wish I had read the reviews before I went with them.
