Don’t understand some of the negative reviews on Heartland bank Australia.I can only go on my experience with them and was very happy.I had a term deposit with them which matured 12 August 2025 and needed money moved to another account at different bank and the same day it matured the funds were in my other bank’s saving account.The thing that people must understand is that we have to make sure we let them know what we need them to do with the funds and it will also help if people use the messaging feature in the online banking.I was more than impressed with the way heartland did everything so smoothly and quickly.I urgently needed the funds and conveyed this through messaging along with details of the other bank’s saving account.I immediately opened and funded a normal savings account with heartland as a form of loyalty but most of all because of the better than competitive interest rate on that saving account.
