Phone service takes ridiculous amount of time to answer

This bank doesn't look after their customers when I called I waited 1 hour 40mins before getting cut off I immediately called back to a get a person who's says she will send a message to the team so they can call me back I called them back hours later as I hadn't been called to be told yes we will sort your $735 refund today as you have already waited since 30th July when it was only ment to take 4 days STILL no email sent no funds in my bank again what now I have to ring again Father please give me the strength UNHAPPY CUSTOMER ONLY GAVE 1 START BECAUSE TRUSTPILOT SITE DOESN'T LET ME GIVE LESS
