Heartland overall is good. But, they need to improve their processes when communicating with their customers. When they contacted me during the lockdown, to discuss potential options on how to help, they went ahead without asking for my permission. I clearly stated I needed to know more information first. I didn't hear from them for a few weeks and found out that my business was already enrolled in the scheme. I've also called in a few times and unfortunately, some have a different answer or don't answer emails at all. Just need consistency for better customer service.
