Could not organize a p*** up in a brewery. Paid off my loan 4 months ago with Heartland received the paid in full letter and the manager agreed it had Got told my a lady on the phone I still owed $280 dollars ( which I didn't) and they wouldn't shut off my account on my credit record and marked with it defaults for 3 months straight I've asked them multiply times now to mark it off as paid in November (which it was) Received emails from there managers stating they had done it, checked my credit score again today and the account is still active 4 months after it has been paid!! Do not deal with this bank at all. They are a joke, and their staff are not much better.
