We had loans of 1.4 million with this Bank from the onset there were errors and we were being charged more interest than we should of and had to arrange to be refunded, then when we sold our Business and paid off all our loans they charged the full 3 month penalty on all 3 loans then went and took out more payments for our loans that were already settled over 3 days and we have still not been refunded these amounts they should be called Heartless Bank and they should be ashamed of their performance
