Tried to open a bank account for my daughter, I wanted it available so her extended family could gift her money for Xmas. Filled everything out 13th of December, followed up few times to see what was going on. They finally opened the account on the 22nd but stuffed it all up. They opened a joint account and sent me mobile access to nothing as it turned out. From the mobile app, I tied to open a call account for her but it just ended up opening one up for me so completely useless & no chance of her having a bank account for Xmas as Heartland have no support available.Not sure these guys are worth it, you decide.
