Very poor customer service . We have a loan with them and they randomly take more than one debit payment out of our account , and dont respond to explain why . Complaint to Ombudsman NZ as well - but they say that the bank has three months to respond. Basically this just empowers the banks to provide crappy service . Cant wait to flick this bank off
