In December, we faced the unimaginable loss of our baby boy, who was stillborn. We turned to the service for assistance with a cremation, as this option wasn't available through the hospital. From the very start, the representative was exceptional. She was kind, compassionate, and took the time to explain all our options. After we submitted the paperwork, she ensured our baby was collected from the hospital that same day. This was incredibly important to me, as I was not comfortable with him remaining there after everything that had happened. She truly listened and respected my wishes. We also requested a blue coffin for our baby, and the representative made it happen without hesitation. I will forever be thankful for the dignity and care shown to our little one. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the individual who conducted the service beautifully. It was a meaningful farewell for our precious child. Every staff member we encountered was kind, supportive, and compassionate during this heartbreaking time. We truly can't thank everyone enough for all they did for our baby. 💙
