In December, we faced the heartbreaking loss of our baby boy. We sought support from the service for a cremation, as this wasn't available through the hospital. From the beginning, the representative was remarkable—kind, compassionate, and thorough in explaining our options. After submitting the paperwork, she ensured our baby was collected from the hospital that same day, which was vital to me. She listened to my concerns and honored my wishes. We also requested a blue coffin, fulfilled without hesitation. I will always be grateful for the dignity shown to our little one. Furthermore, my heartfelt thanks go to the individual who beautifully conducted the service. It was a meaningful farewell. Every staff member we encountered was supportive and compassionate during this devastating time. We cannot express enough gratitude for everything they did for our baby.

What was a very upsetting occasion was made easier by the staff. My mother's farewell was organized with great thoughtfulness and care, from the office staff who were there from the beginning to the day itself, where kindness was shown to my family. I am immensely thankful to everyone involved.
