I ordered a piece for Christmas with a promised 2-5 day shipping. This was 10 days ago. Now, on December 24th, there's still no delivery. I contacted the seller, as the item was marked as delivered, but I informed them that nothing arrived at my address. I was told to search my property over the next week (a week after Christmas) and that they would resend it if I couldn't find it. I initially informed them that the package never arrived. I had to buy a replacement and now want a refund and to cancel this order. The response felt like it was my responsibility to ensure that my purchased package arrives. SAVE YOURSELF! Shop elsewhere. This experience has been dreadful, and I strongly advise against spending money here; you may place an order and never receive your item.
