When I hadn’t received an order confirmation, I decided to call to enquire and I’m so glad I did.Janine was absolutely incredible. Not only was it refreshing to be able to speak to a real person on the phone, but she was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to investigate and locate my order, called me back with an update, and very generously upgraded and expedited my delivery as a gesture of goodwill to ensure my parcel arrived in time for me to take away for Christmas. She also followed up with an email to confirm that my order had been shipped.This level of customer service is incredibly rare nowadays and genuinely made such a difference. On top of that, the products themselves are beautiful — thoughtfully made, high quality, and truly special and unique.This was an experience that made me very happy to support a small business. With such outstanding customer service and such lovely products, Heat Treats absolutely deserve the support. I would highly, highly recommend them.
