I was very happy to find a hand warmer perfect in practical use but also in my taste of design. I also got some thermal socks. Due to health conditions and energy prices I struggle to keep my extremities warm and these products have done the job! Unfortunately, the hand warmer had a significant tear on arrival and I contacted the team who were prompt and extremely helpful in resolving the issue. I was given a variety of options to resolve the damaged product and very happily received a replacement which is perfect. My hands are happy and warm and I love my soft thermal socks.
