My parcel went missing, I will not disclose how just in case anyone says it happened to them.Heattreats were amazing they responded straight away when I emailed them, they sent me all the information.They offered me a refund or a new one even though it was not their fault and it would make them lose money.They got my new parcel sent to my works so that it would not go missing again.I ordered a dressing gown for my husband and the quality is beautiful so soft and a bargain for the price.I would highly recommend this company, they go above and beyond to help you,simply amazing and so kind.
