I ordered some slippers for a Christmas present. After one wear there was a tear in the side of the slipper so must have been faulty. I spoke to them and they asked me to return the item for a refund as they wanted the supplier to inspect. I did that and then received a refund for the amount minus shipping. I called them and asked for an explanation whereby the refused to refund shipping despite acknowledging it’s a fault in the item. Disgusting service. Do not use this company - if you need to return an item they will offer really bad service. I’ve never had this from anywhere else.
