Ordered two items from here and one arrived with damaged packaging. I wrote to Janine as this was a gift and needed to be presentable. She was so friendly and extremely helpful. I was also appreciative of her honesty about the situation. Lovely products beside this and issue resolved with a replacement being sent within 2 hours of the original complaint. Very polite lady and lovely business it seems! Would definitely recommend :)
