The choice is fantastic 👌 every order that's placed is received within 48 hours & is always packaged well with regular email updates. There was a slight manufacturing discrepancy with my order but the customer service was above & beyond 🌌 Janine is really lovely & professional & couldn't do enough to help. I adore these family run businesses as they care about their customers & customer satisfaction means so much to them 🥰 something larger organisations seem to lack. The cost of living is hitting us all hard but their prices are so reasonable I paid not much more than £10 for a gorgeous snow leopard dressing robe that is sure to keep me toasty in the colder months. Heat treats sell a lot of loungeable brand which lasts much longer than a couple of years! Everytime I need to purchase nightwear & slippers this is the first company I flock to.
