I bought my daughter a pair of slippers unfortunately the stitching had come away (which could easily happen from any shop) I emailed and straight away Janine got back to me via phone call and email confirming if the size I initially ordered was still correct and that she’ll get another pair sent straight out so they’d be arriving the day after. The quick responses and customer friendly service was second to none and I will 100% be ordering from here again. My little girl is in love with her Koala bear slippers she’d been asking for some for weeks until we found the ones on this website. The fabric and quality of the slippers are great and I won’t let a tiny little fault which again could happen at major retailers put me off the quality of them. Thank you so much again🩷
