The jumper is lovely and soft and arrived in good time. However the head hole is so small it doesn’t come any where near being able to fit over my son’s head. It’s 5-7 and he’s 6. I wrote to them straight away and never heard back. I’m now paying the same amount as it cost to have it altered.I’ve edited to reply - I filled in the response form on the website. I have a comedy photo but there was nowhere to post it on your feedback form or here.
