Customer service is a disgrace

i informed the company by email I hadn't recieve the item nor was the photo by royal mail showing a safe place their response was the company would raise this with royal mail. I rang the company to ask them to do this as a photo in a garden isnt proof of a safe place. I was told it wasnt their problem even though the company had stated in the email they said they could raise it with royal mail I was accused of not letting them speak eveb though i had and was trying to get the issue resolved amicably I was screamed at oh my God shut up multiple times accused of shouting even though i was the one being shouted at and i was speaking at a respectful level then a man was handed the phone whom then stated he was the owner and I was asked to explain what language I deemed inappropriate I think oh my God and screaming isnt good customer service which to my shock he then started to mock my words and how I spoke. Never again will I use this company judging by the barking dogs in the back ground and very unprofessional language and tone used by both members of the business il assume its small company with no customer service I will be making sure to avoid them like the plague, I did record some of the phone call after the way I was screamed at i hope they have recorded it so they can play it back and get some training on customer service. It was made clear to me im not the first customer to be treated in this way its how a company deal with things when they go wrong that shows their value.In response to the companies reply people can read other 1 star reviews which correspond with how I was spoken to by this company, you also reply to other low star reviews with the same attitude there's no accountability for how you treat customers and unless you state at the start of a phone call that it is being recorded it is actually against the law. If it was recorded and this company had any self respect id be receiving an apology.
