The customer service is beyond amazing! My order wasn't as expected so I returned it following the website instructions which was quick and easy and it was even picked up from my house the next day to return. But what was really impressive was lovely Janine sent me a personal email checking I hadn't received the wrong product and explaining how they could help if it was incorrect. As a family run business they clearly take the time and go the extra miles to look after their customers and ensure they are happy. I was really touched she even wished me a happy Christmas! I usually hate online shopping so its really nice to have a good experience and it is definitely a company I would trust to buy from again.
