I had actually used less energy than what was reflected, so I asked Dan to update my meter reading and send a corrected bill. While he was assisting me, I also inquired about better tariff options. Dan responded with enthusiasm, saying it was an excellent question. He informed me about a tariff that offers lower service charges and slightly higher unit usage rates. This option is especially advantageous when you’re away on holiday or a business trip and not using your heating unit at all. Dan took the time to explain the two different packages in detail. After changing my tariff, he even secured me a month's worth of credit on my account. I was truly impressed!
