Should be ZERO stars, maybe even -100. We have not had reliable hot water since last Christmas, and the situation has become unbearable. Despite calling the E.ON Heat emergency line multiple times, we have received little to no genuine support. Promises are made but nothing is ever resolved.We have now gone an entire month without hot water, which is completely unacceptable for any household. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer care is shocking. Every interaction has left us more frustrated, as no one seems able or willing to provide a proper solution.This has been one of the worst service experiences we’ve ever had. E.ON Heat has proven itself unreliable, unhelpful, and indifferent to its customers’ wellbeing. If you are considering using them, I strongly advise you to avoid this company.
