The worst company with i deal with I bought house with communal heating Providing by eon heat From day 1 when we move in there wasn't hot water We book engineer he's fix that After 1 month happened again Guy coming after 5 days and fix it More than month after same guy come back and do the same (fix it)no hot water again!!!Now this time 4th visit guy told he can't fix it and he will put on his raport unit has to be changed (after week with out water hot)Tuesday i was call them asking what's going on So they top engineers has meeting and they planning what to do I call them every day and I hear same story apologise and this been accepted changed whole unit But for some reason they waiting for green lights from they lead engineerThis is rubbish they collected money every month for something with doesn't work Is shame I can't change provider but straight i change electric from eon next I don't want to deal with this people any more in my life and today is nearly 2 weeks without hot water Shame on you eon heat
