This company is a joke. Their tariffs are very, very high, compared to other hot water and heating systems, such as gas. But then you think it might be worth, if they provide absolutely hassle free and stable service. Absolutely wrong! Last week they gave me a notice that their service would be out for 30 hours!! Which turned out to be almost 48 hours, and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. Now, imagine you and your family cannot have a shower for 48 hours. Let alone their customer service, they do not provide any obvious support phone number, only annoying FAQs. Good luck if you are having problems... To summarize, stay away from this company at all cost. I would give negative stars if I could.
